Autodesk Inventor Trial Version
When you use your trial software, a window may indicate thenumber of days left in your trial. To keep using the software afterthe trial has expired, you need to subscribe and activate it. Trialversions follow the same activation process as software downloadedimmediately after purchase.

I just googled Autodesk Inventor 32 bit trial download, and found this, which surprised me, as it looks legit. I didn't expect anything to come up because of the 32 bit system issue. Looks like you can easily download the 30 day trial version, but it is of Inventor 2012, which must have been the latest version to support a 32 bit system. If your trial expires, you cannot extend the trial period. Tocontinue using the software, you must subscribe. For short-termneeds, you can purchase a monthly subscription and turn off automatic renewal to limit the length of the paidsubscription to one month only.

For a collection: Trials are handled separately for eachproduct in the collection. When you launch the first product,the trial period begins only for that product. Each product inthe collection can have different a trial period.
Activate a Subscription After a Trial
To activate your Autodesk subscription after trying outthe software:

Launch your trial software and click the SubscribeNow button.
The way you complete your purchase depends on the product andyour geographic region.
If the AutodeskStore opens, you'll need to enter your Autodesk ID(the email address and password combination you used to sign in toyour trial) when prompted.
For some products, such as Maya LT, you can complete thepurchase process within the software without visiting the AutodeskStore.
In some cases, you need to buy the software through areseller.
After the subscription purchase is complete, you may be able tosign in and use the software right away.
For some products, you receive an email message from Autodeskthat verifies your purchase information, including your serialnumber. If this is the case, please follow the instructions in thenext section.
Update License
After you've subscribed to a product that you have installed asa trial, you can gain access to it by changing the license type inthe License Manager.
Open the software, then click the Sign In drop-down arrow, andselect Manage Licenses.
Select Change license type.
On the Change License Type screen, select Change.
After the software closes, restart it. The 'Let's Get Started'screen is displayed. Note: You will seedifferent 'Let's Get Started' screens depending on yourversion.
- Click Single-user. Then sign in toauthenticate access with your Autodesk credentials (your AutodeskID or the email and password associated with the account).
- Click Enter a serial number and enter theserial number found in the confirmation email you received (or inAutodesk Account and product key.
You will know that your product wassuccessfully activated if you see the Thank You for Activatingscreen, or your product launches successfully. Once you click'Finish,' you should be able to use the software. However, if youare using a network license, you may need to contact youradministrator (contract manager) for permission.

You will see pop-up noting that the trial has ended. In thelower left corner, look for the 'Already have a license?' link toopen the License Manager and start the process above:
