I just ran into an issue this morning with my USB ports not working, checked each port with multiple devices and they are not working. I checked Device Manager and showing two USB drivers requiring updating (Intel(R) 8 Series USB Enhanced Host Controller#1 - 9C26 and USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller), this might be the cause of my issue. The laptop itself had Windows 7 on it previously but has since been upgraded to Windows 10. I checked on Dell's website for the make and model of the laptop, Dell Latitude E7440, and not finding a USB driver for Windows 10. Only one I found was for Windows 7 but it's not compatible after trying it. After searching further, I'm running into difficulties finding the drivers I need, wondering if there is a different driver that is needed for these or where can I go?

I have recently acquired a Dell Latitude E6410. It's great, but I can't get Bluetooth to work. I have enabled Bluetooth for the wireless switch in the BIOS. However, whenever I try and install the Bluetooth driver from the CD I get the message: Activate Bluetooth using the Wireless Switch. There is only a cancel button on this dialog.
