Works 4.5 download. We don’t receive any reports saying the online call problem between Cisco Jabber and Skype for Business.
Adobe reader 11 for mac. This program can read files and at the same time allows you to annotate each file in a simple way. It is easy to use and all you have to do is to import the file into the interface and it does the rest. And to top it all, Adobe Reader Mac includes a feature that allows you to print the document in question directly on the interface.
Could you tell us more information about “If user is on jabber call and SfB call comes it will drop the jabber call automatically and then user has to reconnect and vice-versa”? Will the user automatically accept the Skype for Business call and open a Skype call window? What is the status of Skype for Business client when your user make a Cisco Jabber call?
Please try changing the Skype for Business client’s status to Busy or Do not Disturb and check if the problem still persists.
Meanwhile, please tell us the following information so that we can clearly know your situation:
1. Are your user’s accounts are in a pure Skype for Business cloud deployment or On Premise Skype for Business server?
2. Are the affected users using the same headset? Do any other people use the same headset encounter this problem? Please use another headset and check if the problem still persists.
